April: Serving Others

There’s a volunteer activity perfect for you given your skillset, physical mobility capacity, and time availability. Your local school, library, or church can use support. Tutoring, mission trips or being a neonatal baby cuddler, or even sending a thank you note or a random act of kindness (RAK). You can even volunteer remotely via phone or computer.

Mental Health America makes it easy by providing a printable version of a gratitude card template. Visit: https://screening.mhanational.org/content/gratitude-card/ and customize your own card.

Want to volunteer but not sure where to start?

VolunteerMatch can find local opportunities and match them with your interests. Check it out!

Mental Health America of Pueblo board has a volunteer mission to give back to the Pueblo community.
