April: Serving Others
There’s a volunteer activity perfect for you given your skillset, physical mobility capacity, and time availability. Your local school, library, or church can use support. Tutoring, mission trips or being a neonatal baby cuddler, or even sending a thank you note or a random act of kindness (RAK). You can even volunteer remotely via phone or computer.

Mental Health America makes it easy by providing a printable version of a gratitude card template. Visit: https://screening.mhanational.org/content/gratitude-card/ and customize your own card.
Want to volunteer but not sure where to start?
